KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New compound Industrialization and finalizing, monitoring mixing spec
- New raw material development and industrialization
- Making SOPs, In-process standards, PFMEA and Control plan along with team
- Executing of compound cost reduction and as cost optimization projects as per plan.
- Daily analysis on Held up batched/reworks and initiate necessary improvement measures/actions.
- Daily Analysis of Mixing report and take necessary action.
- Core member of CFT for compound and Rework reduction.
- Responsible for all the technological activities at the designated area.
- Execute activities like New Product Development (NPD) trials, and process/product improvement trials as per plan.
- Conduct process and product audit/validation/Revalidation at Mixing . Support OEM & other external audits
- Lead Productivity and execute Kaizens in respective areas.
- PDCA approach to continual improvement for Productivity, Quality, waste reduction etc.
- Product specification optimization in the designated area.
- Monitor products order to bring 100 % straight pass ratio.
- Daily Analyze mixing variations and take necessary countermeasures
- Knowledge of Plant mixing recipe creation based on recipe released by R&D
- Familiar with Auto feeding system and Scada controlled processes.
- Good knowledge in Lab testing and compound Rheo and physical property analysis
- Familiarity with polymers, fillers, and/or reinforced composites is required
- Familiarity in basic troubleshooting in Mixing process.
- Proficiency in Tyre Manufacturing Technology (Capable)
