Job Summary

ROLE TITLE: Manager Electrical Electronics & Instrumentation (M2)

REPORTS TO:

Sr. Manager EEI

LOCATION:Halol Plant

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for Halol Plant EEI Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Should have hands on Experience in Operation, Preventive and condition based maintenance, project experience will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge in PLC programming and troubleshooting with hands on experience of Beckhoff, Siemens & Allen Bradley PLCs.
  • Knowledge in servo motors and controllers with hands on experience in configuration, tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge in VFDs with hands on experience in configuration, tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge in HMI/IPCs with hands on experience in configuration, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of I/O Modules, sensors, digital systems, Centring systems, and PC based systems.
  • Knowledge of working with PC systems including maintenance and backup process knowledge.
  • Should be able to convert the customer requirement into machine logics.
  • Should be able to understand and modify the electrical drawings.
  • Periodic review of Progress on the Plant.
  • Should be familiar with pneumatic & Instrumentation systems.
  • Should have experience to deal with different vendors and stakeholders.
  • Effective communication with all Internal and External customers.
  • Contractor bills assessment/Valuation and Certification.
  • Material resources planning and procurement actions.
  • Active participation in Consultant/Contractors meeting and resolving discipline (Electrical Dept.) pertaining issues
  • Experience in Cost, manpower and resource planning and controlling the section.
