ROLE TITLE: Manager Electrical Electronics & Instrumentation (M2)

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for Halol Plant EEI Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should have hands on Experience in Operation, Preventive and condition based maintenance, project experience will be added advantage.
- Knowledge in PLC programming and troubleshooting with hands on experience of Beckhoff, Siemens & Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Knowledge in servo motors and controllers with hands on experience in configuration, tuning and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in VFDs with hands on experience in configuration, tuning and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in HMI/IPCs with hands on experience in configuration, programming, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of I/O Modules, sensors, digital systems, Centring systems, and PC based systems.
- Knowledge of working with PC systems including maintenance and backup process knowledge.
- Should be able to convert the customer requirement into machine logics.
- Should be able to understand and modify the electrical drawings.
- Periodic review of Progress on the Plant.
- Should be familiar with pneumatic & Instrumentation systems.
- Should have experience to deal with different vendors and stakeholders.
- Effective communication with all Internal and External customers.
- Contractor bills assessment/Valuation and Certification.
- Material resources planning and procurement actions.
- Active participation in Consultant/Contractors meeting and resolving discipline (Electrical Dept.) pertaining issues
- Experience in Cost, manpower and resource planning and controlling the section.
