Job Summary

What you will be doing

  • Call and qualify leads added in the CRM
  • Convert qualified leads into accounts i.e. guide people to start fundraisers on Ketto
  • Work closely with sales executives to improve business processes

What we are looking for

  • Holding a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma with 0-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role. Prior experience in Inside (telephonic) sales is highly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Saturdays and Sundays will be working. You will be working a 5-day workweek with any 2 weekdays off.
  • Experience working with a CRM eg. Zoho CRM, Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Open to handling requests from leads during off-work hours, on occasion.
