Hr Executive Job in Kiprosh

Seeking HR executive having 2+ years of experience.

Must Have Skills

• Experience with Information Technology (IT) domain i.e you have worked with IT companies throughout your career
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Expert in managing organization activities like induction and onboarding, training, referrals, confirmations, background checks, associate self-service, etc.
• Excellent collaboration and co-ordination skills with recruitment, admin, and finance departments
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
• Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Good to Have Skills

• Knowledge of tools like Trello, Airtable is a huge plus
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in agile setup is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems

Education and Experience

• Masters Degree/PG Diploma in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of human resource management experience
