Job Summary

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

The role of a Business Development Manager is to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. He/she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. The primary role and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for Account Management, Project Management, Client Servicing and Business Development.

  • Understand customer needs and requirements

  • Generating business from new accounts and existing accounts.

  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

  • Required to interact with clients, do assessment of incoming enquiries, coordinate with technical managers on getting enquiries estimated, create formal proposals for projects and interact effectively with prospective clients over email, phone and instant messengers.

  • Responsible for expanding the Client base in the International market

  • Introduce new/innovative Sales & Marketing ideas to meet & exceed the targets.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or similar fields would be preferred

  • Should preferably, have sales & account management experience in IT Industry (MANDATORY)

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills & Excellent written and verbal communication
