Responsibilities

  • Process Evaluation & Improvement: Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
  • Process Optimization: Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop strategies for optimization.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay informed about the latest IT advancements and processes to automate and modernize systems.
  • Meetings & Presentations: Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with stakeholders.
  • Requirements Analysis: Perform thorough requirements analysis to understand business needs and document the findings.
  • Communication: Document and communicate the results of your analysis effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather critical information from stakeholders and produce useful reports.
  • Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure project success.
  • Leadership & Guidance: Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Solution Alignment: Ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet the business requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage projects by developing project plans and monitoring performance to ensure timely completion.
  • Process Updates: Continuously update, implement, and maintain procedures.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users, ensuring clear communication.
  • Competing Resources & Priorities: Manage competing resources and priorities to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitoring Deliverables: Monitor deliverables and ensure their completion in line with project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills and understanding of business processes.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with a focus on clarity and detail.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A track record of following through on commitments and ensuring project success.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
