Profile

Hands on to sourcing IT Talents Atleast 2-5 years of experience in recruitment / sourcing
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other commonly used software together with LinkedIn, internet research
Street Smart. Knows to break the ice / build rapport in no time
Focused on accuracy, with strong attention to detail
Thrives in a fast paced environment and flexible and adaptable to change


Please note :

This is role is pure sourcing role and is not part of HR team of Knowledge Hut. This role will play an important role for delivery team. We have three positions open for 3 different time zones :
o APAC 6:30am onwards
o India 9am onwards
o US 530pm onwards
o All time mentioned above are as per IST

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success and identification of new talent. Manages applicant tracking system, maintains accurate candidate documentation to ensure l
  • Work collaboratively in building a large pool of SMEs & Trainers
  • Demonstrate expert level of understanding of talent needs by participating in meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of responsibility as wel
  • Source, engage and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
  • Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the sourcing process; share feedback and track all engagements and activity CRM.
  • Provide meaningful market data in support of client and recruiting needs
  • Be pro-active in identifying new candidates for new positions in India and across APAC region
  • Making initial contact with candidates, qualifying their motivations, salary expectations, work location preferences
