Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communication Skills Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the speaking and communication skills of our Software Testers during client interviews and for those who directly interact with customers on a day-to-day basis. The key focus is to enhance their communication skills, enabling them to articulate effectively, which will lead to higher job placements and significantly improve our brand reputation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a keen interest in developing the speaking ability and the behavioural aspects of learners. They should have the ability to independently conduct engaging training sessions, create impactful presentations, and contribute to content creation for blogs and social media. Patience and a genuine passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills are crucial qualities we are seeking in this role. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver effective training and feedback sessions to enhance the speaking and communication skills of software testers during client interviews and project interactions. Analyze technical mock interviews and provide constructive feedback on the communication, behaviour and overall interview readiness to help testers refine their communication skills and improve project deployment rates. Create engaging and informative presentations, materials, and resources to support training sessions and the e-learning repository of Moolya. Deliver sessions on soft skills based on the learning needs identified by stakeholders, ensuring a well-rounded development approach. Collaborate with project teams and testers to identify specific areas of improvement on the communication and behavioural aspect and customize training content and courses accordingly. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in communication and incorporate them into training programs. Write informative blogs on relevant topics to support the learning and development needs of testers. Collaborate with the marketing team to create L&D content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation. Qualifications: Bachelor s or master s degree in any related field. Proven experience as a Communication Skills cum Soft Skills Trainer Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Knowledge of effective interview techniques and strategies for improving communication skills. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content. Previous experience in conducting training sessions independently, with a track record of successful outcomes. Familiarity with software testing concepts and processes is preferred. Proficiency in content creation for blogs and social media platforms. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
