What Will you do KOKO Key Responsibility : Feasibility study and defining technical requirements of Manufacturing set-up for New projects and implementing engineering changes (ECN). Lead CFT (SCM, Tool room, PPC, Prod, Quality) for new product development and Change implementation in production. Identify and eliminate the capacity constraints by using Man-Machine charts, deciding the online offline strategy, low cost automation etc. Oversees process engineering efforts on cost savings opportunities, support for new products, and tracking expenses. Drive Lean Mfg. implementation using all it's elements for Manufacturing Excellence. Leading the ECN and ECR from plant and working with relevant global teams for successful change implementation. Owning the Capital expense budget. Increasing the Poka Yoke coverage for the manufacturing processes. Cycle time calculation, Capacity calculations, Capacity planning and enhancement, Line balancing and Process capabilities studies. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. Leading Machine/Equipment ordering activates like Make selection, DAP, Trial at Supplier end, Installation and handing over to user with required OEE stabilization. Ensuring all the developments of processes and equipment's are in compliance with Saarus norms and Safety adherence. Freezing process parameters by process validation. Jigs & Fixture calibration and maintaining critical spare parts for Jigs/Fixtures/Tooling. Support Production team to resolve line issues & improve process capabilities by following SPC methodology. OEE calculations, monitoring and improvement. Root cause analysis and preventive action implementation. Preparing Shop floor and Machine layouts and ensure their optimum utilization. Preparing PFD, PFMEA, CP, WIs & SOP, regular review and updating. BOM management. Knowledge of ERP/SAP for part/process routing. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Qualification Bachelor In Engineering (Mechanical)
