Job Summary

Experience in a customer service or related role in a tech company is a must Should be comfortable / prior experience to CRM/ticketing systems like ZohoDesk, ZenDesk, FreshDesk etc Comfortable with consumer tech products/apps. Understanding of how they work Excellent communication skills in writing/speaking Comfortable talking with users on phone to issue solutioning as need may be Work with multiple departments to solution out the user problem Ability to multitask/ work under chaos situation Flexible in work timings Self-disciplined and energy to work in a high growth startup with multiple challenges each day Knowledge of MS excel, SQL, and any other analytical tools would be a plus
