Job Summary

Position: Grievance Officer Candidate should have an experience in handling Grievance role previously or have worked in Customer service with a broker. Must have experience of the Primary & secondary market. Keep track of all the client queries/ complaints for DP, Trading system. Should have good interpersonal skills and customer service experience. Should be able to resolve the client query within the stipulated TAT time. Should endeavour to redress investor grievances promptly within the time specified. Should have knowledge of reporting of the grievances. Have knowledge of getting the client complaint resolved by taking up with the stock exchange or SEBI. Must have an idea of the SCORES, IGRC & GRC. Well versed with AML checkpoints and other Regulatory audit requirements. Other ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time as per DP regulations and internal policies. Must have an idea of the Arbitration process. Ensuring the Queries are taken up with internal team and build processes to ensure the issues are resolved. Have handled Audits.
