Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Daily Work activity:

1. To log service calls in CRM portal received from all branches

2. To answer all incoming telephone calls from customers

3. To answer emails received from customers on helpdesk email id

4. To make outgoing call for feedback and other requirement

5. To resolve engineer's issue and queries on timely basis

6. To report to Senior on calls and requirement receiving from branches

7. To check spares stocks and arrange the same as per requirement with support of respective

Product Support In Charge.

8. Any other task as assigned by Management as well as Branches


Weekly Work activity:

1. To check and update existing customer database in CRM Portal

2. To prepare list of required spares as per indent received from branches

3. To share pending calls with branches and respective engineers


Monthly Work activity:

1. To update Billing and Installation File

2. To update AMC File

3. To prepare and share Engineer's Claim File to Service Head

4. To prepare, cross verify and update active user data in CRM to avoid additional billing

5. To share call report to branches

6. To share attendance reports to respective branches

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Female Candidate with good communication skills, preferably staying in Navi Mumbai
  • Time Management skills
  • Multitasking
  • Ability to learn

3.00 - 3.50 Lakhs Per Annum


Qualification :
B.A in Any Specialization,B.Com in Any Specialization,B.B.A / B.M.S in Any Specialization
Experience Required :

2 to 4 Years
