Job Summary
Responsibilities include:
Lead/Provides analytical support to APAC/Global Compensation projects.
Be a consultant to the Business & HR Team (esp. HRBPs & Talent Acquisition) on various Local/Global projects as assigned.
Conducts global benchmarking job evaluation and market pricing analyses for new and changing roles. Utilizing our survey benchmark system and recommend appropriate salary grade.
Conducts detailed analyses to ensure compensation programs are competitive with the market while maintaining internal equity and supporting our pay for performance philosophy.
Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conducts monthly and quarterly compensation reporting utilizing multiple systems to consolidate data and prepare reports and/or presentations.
Conduct data audits and supports data integrity processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity in compensation systems.
Post Graduate degree with 4-6 years of experience in Compensation / Total Rewards.
Organized, detail oriented, analytical, innovative and able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Results driven, disciplined, and demonstrates a sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Compensation specific training desirable
Advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to consolidate and analyze data utilizing excel (vlookup functions, pivot tables, graphing).
Effective collaboration, communication, and writing skills.
Experience in a multi-national company preferred.
Description
To collaborate with the HR Team as a compensation partner to support, analyze, implement APAC/Global compensation programs/ projects, including but not limited to base pay administration, short term incentive plans, job structure framework/position management, compensation benchmarking, global career framework and analysis relating to pay equity. This role will report to the APAC Compensation Manager and work closely with the Global Compensation Team.Responsibilities include:

Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 7-10 years of experience in Compensation / Total Rewards.Post Graduate degree with 4-6 years of experience in Compensation / Total Rewards.

Results driven, disciplined, and demonstrates a sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
