Responsibilities

• Monitor and forecast market trends, clients needs, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
• Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place.
• Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices.
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Support the product team in daily administrative tasks.
• Work with the product team to analyse the consumers pain points.
• Collecting data on different departments in market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
• Designing surveys to discover prospective customers preferences and needs.
• Compiling and analysing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
• Manage research databases.
