Job Summary
Conducts design calculations and constructability reviews of plans Assists Senior Engineers and Project Managers with preparation of weekly and monthly project updates and reporting Assists Senior Engineers and Project Managers with management of design, the review process, and permitting through outside agencies Updates and maintains master schedule for the project Coordinates design teams and mentors junior engineers and technicians Work closely with construction team members to understand constructability Take a lead role in the successful delivery of highway (or drainage) engineering projects ensuring quality and timely delivery is at the forefront for our clients - including design and delivery of major highway improvement schemes Lead a multidisciplinary team to support these schemes and assist in the development and coaching of staff within the team to achieve high levels of performance Manage commercial aspects of the schemes and be responsible for scheme performance Report to the client on scheme progress and secure approvals
