Coordination with candidates and panels for interviews and screening Handle administrative arrangements for Talent Acquisition processes Administer various recruitment test Handle negotiations and making offers Coordination and Liasoning with consultants Extensive use of social media for hiring suitable talent Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
Qualification : MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA)

- Strong Written/Verbal Communication Skills and, knowledge of MS Office and digital platforms
- Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition process
- Good problem-solving skills & Analytical Skills
