Job Summary Job Responsibilities :
  • Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Design digital marketing strategies and KPI to obtain business goals.
  • Perform market analysis to understand customer behavior and design buyer persona.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
  • Create and monitor SEO/SEM, Facebook, Instagram, Display, and Email marketing campaigns to achieve goals.
  • Plan and implement performance tracking methods to monitor and measure campaign performance.
  • Design conversion metrics set up on Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other tools.
  • Build strong client relationships through periodic performance reporting and status meetings with clients.
  • Optimize campaigns and advertising budgets across different digital channels to meet business goals.
Required Skills :
  • Proven work experience [minimum 4 years] as a Digital marketing strategist or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM, Facebook, Display, and CRM software
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Native ads campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of performance analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Experience in client communication and ability to handle status meetings.
