We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-6 yrs of Digital Marketing Experience to join our awesome team!

As a Lead, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing our clients digital marketing strategy. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and a good communicator with great ideas to reinforce our clients marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Account & Client Servicing Managers.
  • Manage overall agency/client relationship and establish rapport and long-term relationships
    with the clients.
  • Provide strategic direction and consulting to clients and help them achieve their business and
    marketing objectives.
  • Ensure client retention and revenue growth.

Requirements :

  • Experience with a digital marketing agency with Client servicing experience.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM clients.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords & Facebook campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Experience with social media and online campaign creation.
  • Good command over the English language both spoken and written.
