Job Summary

Responsible for measurement achievement of KPI like: Same store sales growth, stock turn, conversion rates, average bill value, items per bill.
Work with sales execs and franchisee partners to achieve same set of KPIs mentioned above and increase same store growth.
Sale collection, ensuring timely payment by the business partner and account reconciliations.
Definition and enforcement of retail standards.
Coordinate with Retail Planning team for effective stock requirement/management.
