Engineering Manager - Devops Job in Leadsquared

Key Responsibilities 1. Own the cloud operations of the analytics platform, and drive high-quality customer experience of the product by ensuring 99.99% uptime and consistent performance. 2. Build a team needed to manage all the aspects of cloud operations of our analytics platform: CI/CD pipelines and ongoing deployment Tools and Systems for Observability Ongoing change management for scale L2 troubleshooting of production issues 3. Work closely with the Engineering team to: Plan releases and change management Scale of applications and infrastructure to ensure best customer experience 4. Cost Management: Monitor costs of all resources and trace them to respective accounts Identify cost optimization improvements and ensure optimal costs 5. Own Security of data, infrastructure and applications. Ensure best practices, and work with Infosec team to get 3rd party audits done for HIPAA, ISO 27001 and SOC2 compliance 6. Enable SRE to do 24X7 L1 monitoring Requirements 8+ years experience in software development on cloud. 4+ years of experience in cloud operations, devops in AWS environment Strong experience in deploying & operating large and complex applications on cloud Exposure to databases in a high-volume, high-throughput environment Understanding of CI/CD, observability and security of cloud-based applications Exposure to architecture of cloud-based ETL and Analytics tools Experience of building a leading a small team Function well in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment Communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
