Group Product Manager Education Cloud (apac) Job in Leadsquared

The Role Education is our #1 vertical. Sales in Education is all about Admissions, and our goal is to be a software provider of choice to manage the whole admissions process efficiently in colleges, universities, career schools and other educational institutes. India is our largest market for Education vertical and we are expanding across APAC. Currently, we have a very strong presence in Colleges, Universities, Training Institutes and EdTech in India. We are looking for a Product Leader to own our Education Cloud solution for APAC market with the objective of establishing LeadSquared as the platform of choice to manage admissions process efficiently. The role will involve: Understanding the customers, their needs, pain points across various micro-verticals in the Education space. Work with sales, pre-sales and implementation teams to standardize the implementation structure, reports and other processes to improve the end customer experience Owning the customer retention and growth of customers in the Education vertical in APAC Iteratively execute with the Engineering team to release improvements, features and changes to address customer needs Hiring and building the product team locally in US and also a supporting team in India. Key Requirements: 8+ years of experience in development, implementation or design of business software such as CRM, ERP, HRMS or BPM. Experience in Education and understanding of Admissions process a great plus Experience in working directly with customers for requirements collection, gap analysis and solution implementation. Good understanding of usability and user interface design. Good understanding of architecture of cloud-based SaaS apps. Strong analytical skills and ability to find creative solutions to challenging problems. Passionate about maximizing customer experience Very well-organized and structure-loving individual Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills.
