Job Summary

Job Role :

The LeadSquared Technical Product Trainer is an experienced professional who delivers high-quality and impact learning experiences to LeadSquared's customers, partners, and team members. The Technical Product Trainer will educate customers, partners and employees on LeadSquared's products, offerings, in-depth product knowledge and best practices through instructor-led sessions both virtually and in person. The role requires the individual to ingest new product offerings, become proficient with their use and basic implementation, and educate the Implementation team on how to customise, implement and configure the applications as per customer's use cases. This role is responsible for supporting the self-learning technical environments for all courses across the LeadSquared products. Keys to success in this role include technical aptitude, unwavering focus on customer satisfaction, dedication to helping a team succeed, and cross-organisational collaboration. This role is part of the LeadSquared Training team and will report to the Product Training Manager. Responsibilities: Maintain and continuously improve technical expertise Be a go-to expert for all LeadSquared technologies and integrations. The Technical Product Trainer would be knowledgeable on integrating all offerings successfully with one another, much like a potential customer might require. Update knowledge and skills as new products release and new use cases are applied in the customer landscape. Deliver high-quality technical course experiences to a variety of customers. Responsible for the overall quality of course deliveries, and customer experiences before and after classroom activities. Assist management in improving classroom processes to drive consistency across trainers and global regions. Cross-organisation collaboration Work with cross-organisation business partners in curriculum development to improve course material and learning paths based on feedback from the classroom. Communicate customer insights to account teams. Work with Professional Services and other Customer Success teams to ensure the customer receives coordinated efforts and seamless project execution. Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders What we are looking for: 3-5 years of experience in delivering SaaS product training (virtual and/or classroom sessions) Demonstrated ability to promote technical skills development in team members Fluent communication skills in English and public speaking Experience using recording and presentation tools Capable of working independently and collaboratively Experience delivering instructor-led training in virtual and physical classroom environments API development experience a plus Salesforce administration or development experience a plus
