Job Summary
  • The Product Trainer position is Lead-level position where you will be required to learn ournew BSS Digital stack of productsto become an expert-level user of our products.
  • This knowledge base will assist you in understanding customer specific requirements, new features and the development request pipeline.
  • You will work with the development team to record development advances and document new program features. You will create user documentation for our Digital stack of products about features, functions and benefits.
  • You will create training scripts and record the trainings for the product's work flow processes and features. You will be responsible to document customer issues and requirements during training sessions.
  • Travel will be required toAfrica, Middle-East and LATAM customer sitesupon product completion and the subsequent roll-out.Position requires you to be travel ready all the time.

Qualification :
BE/BTech/MCA
Experience Required :

10 to 20 Years
