LeadSquared is a leading customer acquisition SaaS platform used by over 100,000 users across 25 countries to run their sales and marketing processes. Our goal is to grow 10X in the next 3 years which is an exciting scale challenge for our cloud operations teams.
The Role
SRE engineers are responsible for monitoring, availability, performance, latency, efficiency and capacity planning of our cloud operations which is 100% on AWS. They are also responsible for emergency response and making changes to ensure issues are mitigated. The team works closely with Devops and Engineering teams to ensure issues are analyzed and prevented.
Key Requirements:
2+ years of experience in incident management, SRE and Cloud Operations
Must have both L1 and L2 incident management experience.
Good understanding of AWS cloud VPC/Networking, EC2, RDS, SQS, and preferably understanding of Redis and Elasticsearch.
Understanding of applications, APIs, backend services and databases.
Very disciplined with exceptional listening skills
