Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Business team and employees to improve workplace relationships, build morale, and boost productivity and retention

  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

  • Work with Business on team restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.

  • Proactively assess team and manager development needs, recommend and implement relevant solutions through training programs

  • Evaluate and monitor the training programs to ensure success

  • Analyze data trends, metrics, and reporting solutions based on business needs

  • Implement talent management strategies

  • Implement employee engagement strategies

  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations as and when necessary

  • Work on employer branding activities to retain talents

Desired Skills:

  • Proven work experience (2-4 years) as an HRBP or similar role

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
