About the Role:
We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful individual who will work on overseeing all HR shared services scenarios for our partner business.
The charter for this role will include:
Provide recruitment support through a team for the business.
Enable onboarding for all new joiners.
Execute training and development programs with the internal team.
Support in HRMS rollout.
Excels at building conscious culture, employee engagement, and general problem-solving.
Has spent several years growing a startup - navigated the different stages of a startup s journey.
Take up additional HR Ops responsibility in coordination with Head HR.
Ideal Persona:
Hands-on, adept at multi-tasking.
Able to coordinate between teams to enable HR synergy.
Able to connect with all stakeholders and execute the business objective.
A management degree would be preferred.
Please note this will be based out of Mumbai.
Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast, and operates with extreme ownership.
There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
