Job Description-Credit Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
Underwriting and recommending loan proposals for non collateral education loans
Help in setting up policies and systems to ensure all loan parameters are met with in the policy framework
Monitor the loan portfolio performance and suggest changes if any to maintain the portfolio quality
Working on areas of improvement in existing process and suggesting process changes resulting into improvement in efficiency
Monitoring and Driving Metrics on TAT, Vendor TAT and loan portfolio metrics
Working on areas of process improvement/efficiency, automation
Managing timely reverts for Audits and sharing the learnings to the team
Experience :
3 4 yrs of experience in unsecured lending products. Working in credit/ credit modelling with a Bank/ NBFC in Education Loan space will be an added advantage.
Skills :
Excellent analytical skills, Credit Management, Credit Underwriting, Strategic initiatives
Proficient in MS excel and MS PowerPoint
Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong working knowledge of credit underwriting and Risk management practices.
Strong in process development and policy development
