Job Description-Credit Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Underwriting and recommending loan proposals for non collateral education loans

• Help in setting up policies and systems to ensure all loan parameters are met with in the policy framework

• Monitor the loan portfolio performance and suggest changes if any to maintain the portfolio quality

• Working on areas of improvement in existing process and suggesting process changes resulting into improvement in efficiency

• Monitoring and Driving Metrics on TAT, Vendor TAT and loan portfolio metrics

• Working on areas of process improvement/efficiency, automation

• Managing timely reverts for Audits and sharing the learnings to the team

Experience :

3 4 yrs of experience in unsecured lending products. Working in credit/ credit modelling with a Bank/ NBFC in Education Loan space will be an added advantage.

Skills :

• Excellent analytical skills, Credit Management, Credit Underwriting, Strategic initiatives

• Proficient in MS excel and MS PowerPoint

• Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong working knowledge of credit underwriting and Risk management practices.

• Strong in process development and policy development
