Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to deliver business performance insights, including recommendations and risks, creating a strong linkage between actions and intended results. Build a thorough understanding of the client s business, category, product, brand, customers and competitive landscape Drive process and operational improvement actions. Collaborate with the teams to set the Operating rhythm and execution plan of the company, to translate the strategy into reality. Implement disciplines to manage pipeline and forecast accuracy and facilitate pipeline reviews. Articulate pipeline and business results, risks and gaps against financial targets. Leverage standard tools and reporting to manage business. Partner with Business Enablement to continuously evolve standard sales reporting and tools and identify where customized/ad-hoc reporting is required to support broader business objectives. Execute strategic planning in coordination with BDR, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success. Participate and lead ad-hoc deep dives, reporting or program management of special projects as needed. Ensure actions are addressed efficiently and keep track of progress until resolved Create solutions for outlined programs that enable and align to the strategic direction and goals for the business\ Monitor and audit calls to ensure proper and good business practices. Provide corrective action plans as and where necessary. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in providing business/sales operations in a sales, service, or product group. Experience participating in sales planning processes. Detail-oriented, organized, with the ability to think analytically and act strategically. Ability to influence and drive change with senior leadership. Strong Excel skills. Flexible, agile, and able to work independently with limited oversight. Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language.
