Job Summary

Key Focus areas: Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, Incentives for the revenue teams, tools enablement Roles & Responsibilities: The business analyst will work on the company, competition, industry, sales, customer success, marketing, and lead-generation metrics Summarize research findings, help visualize and build structured data insights Be able to work with cross-functional teams to run weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings Demonstrate complete ownership of the tasks/projects assigned and co-ordinate/collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives Work with the leadership on key strategic initiatives for the organization Ensure the leadership has access to accurate reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to aid in decision-making Who you are: MBA graduate with 2-5 years of experience in SaaS/technology space and with a wide cross-functional experience.Non-MBA is also ok if relevant experience is there Problem solver - We are looking for people who love solving unstructured problems and are excited about using research techniques to draw insights and provide answers to key business problems/hypothesis Ability to think critically, and understand the requirements through effective listening, comprehension, and probing skills Excellent communication - should reflect logical thinking and a consultative approach Should be able to comfortably work 1:1 with senior stakeholders Should be proficient with Salesforce, Excel and PowerPoint Prior SaaS experience is an added advantage Life at Locus comes with added benefits as well: A comprehensive Health Insurance policy that covers you and also your loved ones No leave restrictions(you manage your own leaves)
