Job Summary

Primarily responsible for leading the customer engagement (project phases) phase of the project, for various engagements of Lepton s Telecom business, in the area of GIS based Fiber Inventory Management.
Doing customer interactions and performing requirement gathering and providing solution for the requirements. Proactively working directly with clients to understand their business strategy, programme
requirements & processes. Documenting business requirements as well as solution document for the
requirements.
Individually create solutions document and approach based on customer needs for large and complex sales opportunities.
Formulating and leading technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect Solutions. Facilitate client on product/application understanding through presentations
demonstrations and benchmarks
Providing knowledge transfer to the delivery teams to ensure a smooth delivery
Scoping the client solution to enable accurate estimation of the effort
Performing user acceptance testing.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Act as a L2 Support to resolve the issues faced by Circle teams.
