Key Responsibilities/ Requirements:

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, shortlisting qualified candidates for various technical roles from niche platforms.
Should have strong working experience in IT technologies like Python, Ruby, ROR, React JS, Cloud Security, AI, ML
Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Excellent sourcing, candidate engagement, market intelligence, and stakeholder management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Immediate Joiners are preferred.
