Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the internal teams with queries on Category, tech, operations, procurement, services and other related queries through chat.

  • Ensure First Response Time of 2 minutes in answering queries.

  • Troubleshoot issues and further report the same to SPOCS.

  • Follow up with Internal Teams for issue resolution.

  • Ensure Queries are resolved within the mentioned TAT.

  • Document information and updates received from internal departments.

2 to 4 Years
