Qualifications: Master s degree in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline. 20+ years of extensive experience in the IT industry, with expertise in product management, solution sales, and partner engagement. In-depth knowledge and proven track record in emerging technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, cloud computing, and embedded systems. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale technology implementations across industries like manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace. Exceptional communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute innovative technology strategies and solutions that align with market needs and institutional objectives in the education sector. Ensure seamless integration of products into customer environments while adhering to industry best practices. 2. Customer Engagement and Success: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring project delivery excellence and achieving superior customer satisfaction. Lead large-scale project implementations while driving measurable outcomes for customers. 3. Innovation and Solution Development: Harness the potential of AI/ML, IoT, and cloud computing to design state-of-the-art products that advance the educational ecosystem.
