Senior Executive/group Leader - Techno-commercial Support Job in Lumina Datamatics Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Addressing technical issues related to (and not limited to)

o API related Issues/concerns of Sellers

o Technical issues pertaining to seller onboarding procedure

o Technical issues pertaining to Item Setup

o Technical Issues pertaining to Item Upload Feeds, Item Update Feeds, Test Item Orders etc.

• Act as a primary solution provider sellers that are looking forward to be on-boarded in shortest possible.
• Continuously strive to provide a world-class experience to sellers/partners.
• Comfortable to work in night shifts (8.30 PM to 5.30 AM IST)

Qualified candidates will be:

• Any Graduate
