Job Description

8-10years of experience inBusinessDevelopmentand /or selling IT in a Technology company with 2-3 years of selling platforms/products. Exposure to NA &/or SEAmarket/Indian market would be preferred

  • Identifybusinessdevelopmentareas; document and communicate potentialbusinessareas to the sales team and the presales team within or outside the accountResponsible forbusinessgrowth in support of overall program goals

  • Take the lead to establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in client organizations.

  • Build strategy for identifying important stakeholders inbusinessand IT within the account

  • Work on new accounts and pursuing them to ensure new increasedbusinessvolume and share with Sales as a Sales Qualified Lead ( SQL)

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

  • Conduct seminars, webinars, and roadshows with potential customers in partnership with marketing and product teams.

  • Be the bridge between product/delivery team and client. Co-relate product requirements with client requirements that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Requirements

Domain/Knowledge Specific Responsibilities:


  • Understanding of AI related opportunities and determine the potential areas for Cognitive computing, primarily of Analytics in BFSI space

  • 8-10years of experience inBusinessDevelopment

  • Processes understanding at high level in at least one or two Industry verticals: BFSI , Retail & Consumer Goods ; in addition to understanding of horizontal functions such as F&A, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Service Desk etc.

  • Should be customer facing and have excellent communication skills in terms of articulating the solutions.

  • Assess current state, identifies customer requirements, and defines the future state and/orbusinesssolution at high level

  • Report for day to day bizdevelopment/ operational issues

  • Managing reporting on all aspects ofbusiness

  • Ability to lead a team
