1. Review of Raw material, In process, Intermediate, Finished Product, Calibration, Stability, Hold time study, AMT, AMV, Water analysis, Volumetric Solution, Reagent solution, Indicators and other documents of Quality Control.
2. To issue test data sheet of Raw material, Intermediate, Calibration and Stability Study as and when required.
3. To ensure the review timely for various testing to facilitate the achievement of production schedule.
4. Review of certificate of analysis of raw material, Intermediate and Finished product (In SAP) and other COAs.
5. Responsible for usage decision of Raw material, In process, Recovered solvents and Packing material result in SAP.
6. Handling of Out of specification test results.
7. To ensure all entries, records and results are in line with specification and SOP.
8. To ensure 100 % training throughout the year.
9. On job training to sub-ordinates.
10. Ensuring compliance with cGMP and Environment Health and safety norms.
11. Any near miss, sub-standard act/condition and abnormality wrt EHS shall be reported to HOD and EHS members.
