Job Summary

Should have experience of 2 years in IT/Technical recruitment.

Understanding Requirements and posting technical job advertisements and descriptions;

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;

Execute Process of Recruitment for Suitable and Efficient Placement;

Sourcing candidates through Portals, Social Networking Sites etc.;

Staying aware of new technological products as well as the latest trends;

Ability to deal with people tactfully, willing to learn and team facilitator;

Searching & Screening relevant profiles and shortlisting candidates;

Lining up candidates and conducting Telephonic and Face to Face Interviews;

People from consultancy/ recruitment firm preferred
