Job Summary

Master s degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification with 6 8 yRS of experience
Strong experience in Retail industry HR procedures and can educate us on industry best practices
Leads a team of minimum 3 to 5 HR executives Creates scalable company policies that will encourage a healthy work environment.
Excellent reporting skills with focus on the KPI s and SLA s
Address complaints and resolve them by implementing innovative solutions.
Well versed with government labor law & Act.
Effective utilization of Social media, Online portals and referral programs for recruitments
Good knowledge in recruitment ( Bulk hiring / Lateral hiring )
Make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning of the Company.
Design interesting onboarding sessions and processes for new recruits.
Host events for the employees to keep the workplace fun and engaging.
Regularly organize programs for learning and interdepartmental interaction.
Review the budget for the department and ensure it is being adhered to.
Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations.
Strong command over HR management software like applicant tracking systems, attendance management, payroll systems, etc.
Own and implement Payroll processing across the Org
Knowledge in ESI / PF & STATUTORY.
