Job Summary

Development

Create BN for new features covering customer journey, payment and service lifecycle

Work with DNA, Development, Delivery & QA teams for end to end development and testing of the features

Ensure all regulatory and statutory compliances are in place

Deliver feature in production as per business launch schedule

Operations

Type 1 & Type 2 creation for New offers and changes in existing offers.

Follow up with EPC, RA and other Tops team(s) for end to end configuration and testing of the plans.

Listing of new plans and delisting of old plans and product.

Regulatory requirements for filing of plans and product.

Post launch issues finding with cross functional team(s) and rectification in system.

Prepare and Review creatives and communications for new plans.

Qualification :
MBA

Experience Required :

8 to 10 Years
