Job Summary
Looking for:
Account DirectorJob Description :
- Work within client relationships to champion initiatives that drive marketing decisions across digital channels with respect to vernacular.
- Keep senior management apprised of key client opportunities, potential risks and other key nuances.
- Ensure client-delight by way of efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Establish periodic review and feedback mechanisms with clients.
- Prepare and present quarterly, half-yearly, and annual plans, share strategic roadmaps.
- Handle and ensure account growth via upselling and cross-selling multiple facets of vernacular services.
- Undertake process improvement initiatives. Facilitate the development of best practices to improve account management effectiveness within the team and the group.
- Leverage syndicated digital and industry research to benchmark trends and/or manage expectations of forecasted trends.
- Team Management and handle grievances.
- Ensure a conducive working environment and motivation levels of the team.
- Actively contribute to the agency leadership in terms of agency s vision and be seen as a leader.
- Answer to daily query by Language Ambassadors within stipulated time period and follow through with all team members in ensuring all these are addressed.
- Update all weekly requirements from the client, such as updates on - processes are being sent out, capacity are done, weekly word count documents, weekly highlights / lowlights are identified by each reviewer and discussed internally with them, also reported to LEM.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience of establishing and nurturing business relationships with decision makers at client-side.
- A professional with proven strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Note:
- The responsibilities are not restricted to above defined KRA.
- The above KRA can be changed subject to change in role, responsibilities or due to change in work profile.
- The KRA defined above can be revised based on individual's performance and capabilities.

Work experience:
- Work experience of 8 to 12 years in digital advertising/localization set-ups. At least 3-4 years in leadership roles is a must.
Qualification:
- Graduate
- MBA preferred
