Job Responsibilities
- Need to take followup with the clients (domestic as well as international) through email or phone calls.
- Maintain database and need to solve queries of the clients.
- Compiling daily reports, weekly reports as and when required
- Timely submission of reports to the reporting authority
- Should be well versed with MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills
