Salary : CTC Up to 45K per month
Looking for enthusiastic and hardworking AR Caller with excellent English communication skills for our process.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with the doctor s office via mail / call
- Coordinate with Patient via mail / call
- Take in-bound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
- Handle out-bound call to resolves insurance related issues
- Verify the credentials of health care professionals
Skills:
- Ready to work in Night shifts
- Excellent English communication
Qualification:
Any Graduate or under graduate
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in AR Insurance Calling in any of the Healthcare BPO (Voice Process) or Experience of International Calling
Salary : CTC Up to 45K per month
