We are strengthening Business Development team for IT Services which is focused on Salesforce, PHP, Dot Net and other IT development services for the global clients.
Candidate should have insight of IT & ITES outsourcing business for the overseas B2B and B2C clients in one or more of the following technologies/ services:
Business Development Work Experience :
- CRMs likeSalesforce, Hubspot, ZOHO, MS Dynamix etc.
- Application Development of Windows/IOS/Android
- Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development
- Should be well versed with the digital marketing
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Use tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator and other Data Mining techniques
- Build and nurture contacts with potential clients
- Communicate with the potential leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other media
- Support in writing new business proposals and basic content writing required for marketing material and website enhancement
- Write relevant post in Linkedin, blogs, company websites which draws the attention of the clients
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
- Use market place like Upwork for bidding
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Skills:
- Excellent verbal & written communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent Computer proficiency is MUST in MS EXCEL, WORD , PWERPOINT, Web Browsers , Google search techniques and data mining
- Analytical andpresentation skills
- Ideally a good team player as well as individual achiever
Experience:
Candidate should have 2 to 7 years experience of Business Development in IT/ITEs Small and Medium companies which serving global clients. Exceptional candidates may be relaxed for the qualification criteria.
Qualification : BE/BTech, MBA, MCA
