Senior Consultant Job in Market Xcel Data Matrix

Responsibilities:

• Working with Associate Consultants, Consultants, Directors, CEO s and Clients to develop hypotheses and work plans that address project objectives
• Conduct independent research to a specific brief using internal and external sources
• Conduct market research that includes developing intelligence on multiple industries and markets
• Collection of pertinent information, synthesis and generating insights and recommendations
• Performing in-depth quantitative analyses
• Use various research methodologies (primary and secondary)
• Communicating analysis and recommendations both verbally and in writing to client leadership and team members
• Providing professional development opportunities, training and feedback for team members

Skills/Experience

• A strong academic track record with a minimum of a MBA from premium business school only
• Minimum of 6 yrs. experience in the Market Research and Consulting Industry
• Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated good project execution skills, multi-tasking, delivering successfully under tight deadlines
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Must be a self-starter who thrives in a global team environment and an unstructured environment
• Attention to details while not missing the big-picture
• Very focused on value to the client
