Job Description:
Sourcing and Screening candidates from various job portals.
Line up candidates for an interview, scheduling the interview.
Follow up with candidate and operations with their requirements.
Scheduling & coordinating interviews.
Headhunting - generating leads and converting them.
Convincing candidates to accept offers and join
Positive attitude towards daily work activity.
Adhering to guidelines and standards
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: 10+2/ Graduate
MBA will be an added advantage
Minimum 6 months of experience into bulk hiring for International BPO (Voice).
B2B hiring experience preferred.
