Job Summary Monitoring and reporting of activities to both project team and Client Guide the development and implementation of project procedures and Systems related to contracts/project controls/procurement/information management and financial reporting/accounting. Responsible for overall cost performance and schedule controls on the Project. Leads efforts to ensure that the project achieves the project objectives and strategies. Ensures that the project is executed in accordance with Client approved procedures and expectations. Ensures the change management is correctly implemented and coordinated Daily progress of projects at site Submission of monthly progress Authorization of employees attendance Raising bills Work allocation of team members Regularly inform Reporting authority about staff and work allocation Daily maintaining / assuring the presence of staff at respective sites Recruitment and Placement of manpower Monthly technical and commercial projections along with evaluation mandatory to submit Reporting authority which shall be further complied and submitted to HO Justify the lapses for the projections and actual Efficient management of Team

Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
