Job Description

Expertise for technical projects and Analyse existing development or manufacturing procedures and suggest improvements.

Identify and select materials appropriate for Mechatronic system design concepts.

Preferably one working in FMCG company having packaging machines knowledge of manufacturing process etc. Knowledge of automatic machines/equipments for secondary pouch packing will be added advantage.

Conduct studies to determine the feasibility, costs or performance benefits of new projects/mechatronic equipment.

Design, develop, or implement control circuits or algorithms for electromechanical or pneumatic devices or systems.

Monitor or calibrate automated systems, industrial control systems or system components to maximise efficiency of production.

Coordination, visits at vendors or suppliers place as when required.

Coordination with manufacture during I & C of equipments, generating reports on daily basis or asked for.

Any other assignment given by management from time to time, as per company's requirement.

Should have skills for inter department coordination and getting work done from subordinate.

Should not hesitate to travel anywhere for inspections, new project work or any assignment given by management from time to time.

Required Skill :

Knowledge to design engineering systems for the automation of industrial tasks andto integrate electrical and mechanical systems to enhance manufacturing systems.

Knowledge of PLC, HMI, AC/DC drives various input output modules, SMPS, Analog input output modules, Sensors, Elements ,tilities like DG set, Air compressors, Air conditioners, De humidifiers etc.

Other Skill :Working knowledge of MS office, internet surfing, Auto Cad, Emails etc.

Desired Profile:

Education : BE Electronics or Mechatronics Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience
