Functional Area -Body Electrical & Electronics


Level -Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager


Experience -Min. 3 years - Max. 5 years


Educational Qualification -B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics) with Min. 60% marks


Role & Responsibilities -


  • Design and Development of Body electrical electronics parts.
  • Automotive ECU testing, development, and integration in vehicle.
  • Concept /Design, development and validation
  • Conduct design check of CAD data using 3D software.
  • Preparation and checking of ECU controller specifications.
  • Supplier interaction & supplier management for Controller development.
  • Technical reviews/Design reviews with suppliers.
  • Engineering evaluation of part ( vehicle level and part level )
  • Coordination for meeting the targets of design and development.
  • Project management.
  • Design:
  • Optimisation
  • Bench marking
  • Localisation


    • Competencies Required -


    Functional -

  • Good knowledge for all body electrical electronics parts/ systems
  • CAD proficiency- Preferably NX10 & above
  • Proficiency in CANOE software usage
  • Experience in creating hardware specifications for the automotive electronic controllers.
  • Understanding of vehicle level testing of electronic Controllers.
  • Experience of supplier management.


    • Behavioural -

  • Study Industrial Trends (global &domestic) and apply it in work related area.
  • Co-ordinate department activities and represent in various forums.
  • Good Interpersonal, Communication & Presentation skills.


    • Specific Expertise for Functional Area -

  • Worked in Automotive OEM and have experience of full development cycle. (Minimum 3-years of hands on experience in the Automotive Electronic Controllers development.)
  • Worked for Body & Chassis Controllers development.
  • Understanding of Vehicle Product Development Life cycle.Concept /Design, development and validation
