key Respnsibilities
1. Develop strategic plans for international markets
2. Identify new market opportunities and establish strong client relationships
3. Conduct market research and create impactful campaigns
4. Represent the company at global trade shows
5. Manage the entire import-export process
6. Ensure compliance with trade laws
7. Oversee shipping and logistics
8. Engage potential clients, prepare proposals, and close deals
9. Assist in recruitment efforts, interviews, and onboarding of new employees
10. Maintain records of transactions and generate reports on sales performance
