Job Summary
Qualification : Graduate
Provide grammatically correct, specific, and actionable feedback to ensure effective coaching with minimal impact on recipient efficiency. Ensure optimal accuracy (scoring & knowledge) on all evaluations performed as well as maintain required productivity targets. IA will be required to actively participate in all meetings (team huddles, calibrations, etc.) and trainings as scheduled. Analyst should be able to connect to sensitive customer needs and should be solution driven. Ability to identify and capture the voice of the customer by understanding the difference between good and bad customer feedback.
- Graduate with a minimum 12 months experience in BPO/KPO industry
- Computer proficiency including experience using Windows operating systems, email applications, office (includes basic knowledge of computer in terms of typing)
- Good business communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
